To rent an apartment we need to have an application filled out; there is no application fee. Once your application is approved we need a signed lease, deposit (which is equal to a month's rent) and the first months rent. For example an apartment which is $459 per month would cost $918 ($459 deposit and $459 first months rent) to move in.

Leases are 1 year, and month to month after the first year. A buyout clause allowing a customer to leave the lease early is in the lease; If someone requires a lease of less than 1 year, it is offered at an extra charge; please call for details.

Pets are accepted, subject to restrictions listed in the pet addendum. There is an upfront non-refundable $200 pet fee and an additional monthly charge of $20.
