If someone has special needs or access requirements please call and we will be as helpful as possible in describing the exact characteristics of each apartment. Several locations have 0 to 2 steps, 36-inch doors, front-loading washers, etc.

At Oldfield Village in Wauseon two units (309 Barbara Drive and 307 Joanna Drive) are fully wheel chair accessible: no steps, roll in shower, roll under master bathroom sink, side by side refrigerator, front control washer, dryer, range.
